This advanced Estate Planning workshop is part of leadership training for Georgia’s members and landowners. While individual legal advice will not be provided during the workshop, the content, handouts, and discussion will focus on practical steps that support attendees’ goals.
Presenters will also provide information about applying for the Georgia Heirs Property Law Center’s title clearing and estate planning services.

- – Common types of Trusts
- – Tools to keep your land in your family
- – Building generational wealth
Lunch will be provided.
This no-cost workshop is intended for under-served, under-resourced, and minority landowners.
