The Longleaf Alliance cares about the communities where we work. As COVID-19 continues to threaten the health and safety of those communities, we want you to know we are responding by implementing the latest guidelines on holding in-person events.

Some of the ways we are making adjustments:

– Facility layout will allow for increased spacing among participants.

– Cleaning and disinfecting standards have been raised for the facility and commonly used surfaces.

– Hand sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the facility.

– Food and beverage service will be done in a way that reduces handling of shared items.

What to expect when you attend:

– Attendees will be required to wear masks while indoors – regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be provided at the event if you do not bring your own.

– Masks while outdoors will be optional but recommended where social distancing from others is not possible.

– If group transportation is made available, masks will be worn by all vehicle occupants, regardless of vaccination status. Attendees may opt to drive themselves to the field trip location associated with this event.

– Persons should NOT attend if exhibiting symptoms or under COVID-19 isolation or quarantine protocol per the CDC. If you need to cancel your registration due to COVID-19, a full refund will be given.
