Jennie Haskell

Before joining the Longleaf Alliance, Jennie Haskell was a forester with the USDA Forest Service for 20 years. Much of that time managing the longleaf pine ecosystem at the Savannah River Site. Jennie was the Forest Service representative with the SoLoACE Longleaf Partnership 2015-2020.

Jennie’s previous experience with the USDA Forest Service includes collecting forest inventory data throughout Alabama and North Carolina, timber cruising and marking in Oregon, and interpretation/naturalist at Mount St Helens National Volcanic Monument in Washington. Jennie earned a B.S. in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University.

She lives in Aiken, SC with her husband, Jason, two children, two dogs, eleven chickens, two goats, and a cat on property that includes longleaf pine, pond pine, and Atlantic white cedar.
