Terence Hassan is a landowner with family land in Williamsburg County, SC. After returning to the property he left as a child, it wasn't as he remembered it. He reached out the USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service for assistance and to better understand what opportunities were available for restoring his property. With NRCS's help and the assistance of knowledgeable partners, Terence is reforesting and managing his property through EQIP under the Longleaf Pine Initiative back to a longleaf pine savanna.
